The Perfect Tessellation Playdate

I'm speaking this August at the Willamette Writers Conference -- strangely enough, about memoir writing. Although now that I'm almost at the end of this Kickstarter journey I can see that I might have to put together a talk on how to Kickstart a children's book.

The conference has a silent auction associated with it. So many silent auctions. And for once, I have the perfect thing to contribute I'm calling it the Perfect Tessellation Playdate.

A copy of Tessalation!, my children's book about a little girl who hides in patterns
A bottle of Amity Vineyards -- either pinot gris or pinot noir
A set of wooden tiling turtles by Christopher Danielson

The conference happens August 12-14 in Portland. Hope to see you there. And if you have any questions about kickstarting I'm happy to answer.

Tessellation is a type of art and people love to make the tessellations art in their free time. In the school it is a subject to make the tessellation art and it is a perfect play date to publish the art.
